Sea Giraffe 3D radar finally sighted on GdP class frigate

Photo posted on the BRP Gregorio del Pilar FB page. The hull number isn't visible. But with BRP Andres Bonifacio deployed, and the radar originally slated for deployment on FF-15 and FF-16, the ship with the radar is arguably the BRP Ramon Alcaraz.
