Marine Construction & Design Company was established in 1953 by Peter Schmidt.  It closed in 2005.  Its designs helped to modernize the U.S. fishing industry and it continues as Marco Chilena, in Iquique, Chile: visit the company at www.marco.cl.  See the shipyard site from the air on Google here.  As can be seen from the table below, many of Marco's products were small boats and many were sold overseas: as a result, there are a lot of gaps.  If anyone can add to the table, please send your info to timcolton@aol.com
