That is actually BRP Ramon Alcaraz FF16 on the floating dry dock.

USS John S. McCain on the 2nd photo.  Still has not sailed to Yokosuka?  The new crack is rather really serious.

The next few days or weeks would be more interesting. Aside from the already installed. Mod 2 rcws guns. The rear mast might house one of the 2 giraffe radars. Any word on the arrival of tech guys to install it. Wonder what the CIC would look like?

Now that the CIC is more alive, the controls of the main and secondary guns may be transfered from the bridge to the CIC?
