Laid down, 5 December 1944, at George Lawley & Sons Corp., Neponset, MA.
Launched 13 December1944
Commissioned USS LCS(L)(3)-129, 31 December 1944, LT. L. A. Brennan USNR in command
Following World War II USS LCS(L)(3)-129 was assigned to Occupation service in the Far East from 19 September to 1 December 1945
Decommissioned in May 1946 and laid up in Reserve
Redesignated Landing Ship Support Large, USS LSSL-129, 28 February 1949
Withdrawn from Reserve and transferred to Japan, 30 June 1953, named Botan
Returned to US Naval custody, 28 April 1965
Transferred to South Vietnam, 19 February 1966, named RVNS Nguyen Duc Bong (HQ-231)
Escaped to the Philippines in 1975 with the fall of the South Vietnamese government
Custody transferred to the Republic of the Philippines in 1975, named BRP Camarines Sur (LF-48)
Struck from the US Naval Register, date unknown
USS LCS(L)(3)-129 earned one battle star for World War II service
Final Disposition, deleted by the Philippine Navy, date and fate unknown
