The official pointed to several potential Philippine programmes in which Israel is offering technology transfer arrangements. These include the Philippine Navy's requirement for a fast littoral attack craft and maritime unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) is offering its Super Dvora series of fast patrol craft and the Heron medium-altitude long-endurance UAV for these requirements.

(in the first pic) separate transmit and receive antenna arrays... presenting over-the-horizon radar solutions perhaps... ?

OTH radars have always been a solution well suited for the Philippines. It would be very difficult to set up coverage for all our islands using regular radar installations, specially since we lack the necessary basing and infrastructure.

Hope the talks bear fruit. It wouldn't be so bad to have the Israelis cover our radar systems.
