Custody assumed by Republic of the Philippines in April 1975
Commissioned into the Philippine Navy as BRP Gregorio de Pilar (PS-8)
Sold outright to the Republic of the Philippines, 5 April 1976
Decommissioned by the Philippine Navy in May 1985
