a minor incident as posted in maxdefense... brp abraham campo brushing with a civilian vessel during the sinulog's fluvial parade..

Quote
Apparently the patrol boat involved in yesterday's accident is the Point-class patrol boat BRP Abraham Campo (PC-396) of the Littoral Combat Force. And it appears that the PC-396 was the one that rear-ended the other boat as all are moving in the same direction.

And to scratch some good news on it, the accident was said to be a minor one due to slow speed of the boats.

But since the boat was overcrowded by festive civilians, this is an incident that actually placed civilian lives at stake.
